By using the Retro Radio web application (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Retro Radio provides a web-based, retro-styled interface allowing users to play standard HTML5 game modules (Klondike Solitaire, Spider Solitaire, Checkers, and Connect Four) and listen to publicly available live stream radio broadcasts compiled from various online sources.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Retro Radio does not host, manage, transmit, or broadcast any of the audio streams available in the directory. All streams are served directly from the servers of their respective third-party broadcasters. Retro Radio acts solely as a directory player. Each individual broadcaster is independently responsible for their own audio content, music licensing, compliance, and broadcast operations.
We do not guarantee the availability, uptime, or quality of any third-party stream, and we reserve the right to add or remove stations from our directory at any time without notice.
All mini-games (Solitaire, Checkers, Connect Four) are custom-coded static client-side applications. The 3D Pinball Space Cadet game loaded via iframe is an open-source web assembly port developed by an independent third party developer. Retro Radio does not own, develop, or host the core 3D Pinball code, and provides it as-is. The original source repository can be accessed at GitHub.
THE SERVICE AND ALL INCLUDED CONTENT AND STREAM DIRECTORIES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RETRO RADIO AND AXIONIX SYSTEMS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the servers, network connections, or client performance of the website.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. The updated terms will be published on this page with the modified effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
